Out of a ticket... THROUGH THE PROPER LEGAL CHANNELS. I think I'm something like 6 for 8 fighting tickets, and everytime, I go through the motions. Go to magistrate hearing, if ticket isn't thrown out, request court date. Go to court with prepared defense. Now, in MA, if the officer WHO PULLED YOU OVER doesn't show to the court hearing, you are automatically acquitted. Not sure how this works in other states, but that's the SOP in MA. IMO, many speed limits are lower than they need to be, for the primary purpose of generating revenue. You are entitled to your own opinion, but mine is this: If its a non-residential area, non-school zone, non-elderly zone, non-congested commercial area, then chances are that the speed limit is about 10 to 20 MPH slower than AVERAGE traffic travels. Example: A two lane (per side) divided highway with a 35MPH limit. I'll probably get speeding tickets for a long, long time, because there will always be cops on the highways, and I can't drive 55. But Dragon, if you actually think this "trick" is going to work, you need to find a new drug and leave the crack alone...seriously. You biffed it hard by not taking driving school. /rant
